[Connectivity] dirching cavtel dsl and going to chsi

IM about ready to ditch cavtel after constantly getting half or less then half the speed i pay for and nasty packet loss of 53% at times of there almost main router that they refuse to fix... im located in the NE area of philadelphia im served out of wayne ave plant
