I dropped the wireless and connect directly to the back of the router. The speed went up from 1380 to 1742, the upload stays consistance with about 450. I tweaked my RWIN for the defaulting 17520 to 65535 and the speed went up to 2702 down and 458 up. So Tweaking your RWIN works, but I still think I'm not getting the top speeds that I should.

i usually get 7600/479 on speakeasy, but everywhere else it various from 1500 to 7600 down and 150 to 480 up.
