| Re: Anything official concerning Bay Area slowdown Yeah, these nightly slowdowns have been going on for a while now and it's really annoying. My DSL has been great for the last few years until this prolonged speed problem. Tried contacting SBC, but all I ever get is the try to restart the modem, reboot this or that, and when's all said and done I get a "Ah well sorry, but you're still within your range (albeit right at the minimum) so we really don't have to fix the problem". Frustrating to say the least. |
