I called this morning and spoke to someone from Internet services in Verizon. This must have been the 6th different response I got so far. She told me she contacted the people @ CO and was told that I won't be able to reshedule the technician to come over to do the wiring. Either CO or a technician will contact me directly before or on the SRD which is set to be on 01/25.
I should have called out from work and stayed home Friday as I was told by the Super that someone from Verizon stopped by, and no one was home. *bangs head on wall* |
