Put it in writing that this 5 dollar clause is not applicable to virus infections.
Because of there current TOS they can go after every single user!

If somebody who you have a contract with makes a claim contrary to the contract (without modifying it) and then attempts to enforce the original terms of the contract, you can make an estopel defense. | |
