As a shadow priest you can take spirit tap and gain 100% to your spirit for 15 seconds, 50% bonus if casting. If you have low spirit this doesn't help, but with a lot of spirit you will regen your mana back much quicker and be able to keep rolling. DoT, Shield, Wand... fear... wand... retarget. Later on you'll toss a second SW:P on there. With high Int/Sta I found myself drinking a lot between fights, and at low levels you'll prefer this, but as you get higher I found I preferred Spirit over Int. Of course better yet is go holy and get a mage to level with you. His AoE + your heals = easy xp. -- Check out Downfall a Detroit local band.
