Well I'm trying to figure it out. The file has to be on the image server, and renamed for site stuff. I'm thinking right below the S@H logo would look nice, or perhaps reverse them. Hope I can get the html right....

maybe it's time to do another logo contest?

Or maybe even have a contest and combine ideas from different logos into 1 new one (does that make sense?).

A new logo would probably be in order. It may also be an idea to either leave 'SETI@home' out of it or include Einstien@home and other BOINC projects in it.

That was my thoughts as well, now that we can be crunching more than just seti.

Yet we are, and will always be primarily a Seti Team.

boog, our logo is a few years old, we had a contest, if you'd like to check it out, here's a few threads- »New Challenge at Hand! , »!!! Logo Voting - Version #2 !!! and »Logo Voting!!! »* Request for Starfire Logo Submissions *

The logo looks good up there, Paul.

Since we have a S@H logo up there already, maybe the Team Starfire logo could be amended to say BOINC, rather than S@H. Just a random thought. Although, no matter what else is done, I do like the idea of keeping the feel of the site primarily S@H.

Well let's get the DCE election thing over with and then see what everyone thinks. I believe the graphics guy who designed the last one has $-cided, though.

I think we need Seti@Home et al. in the logo.

If we change the logo every time someone finds a new project to join, we'll induce madness in the mods!

Looks Good Paul, we can always consider a new Logo with Seti as the major point and Boinc as a second
