With this new 'rolling' FAP, is it any better than Direcways policy? Before it was great, I would have been able to download a 1Gig file if I wanted to and just had to be careful the rest of the month. But if I"m reading this right, I can't do that now. Is that the case? If so, I"m sticking with DWay. Man I would have been ticked off had I switched and found myself back in the same situation. Please God, PLEASE get some company to run cable out here!
