ultra high speed

My line currently is able to have the ultra high speed. But the down side is that i am still on the 4mb's profile. So i called bell when am i going to be upgrade to the newer 5 mb's profile. They freakin told me that bell is working everyday to upgrade ppls connections?
Can anyone confirm if this is true cause right now i am freakin piss ever since videotron got 10mb's profiles. I was wondering if there will be any speed upgrades coming out soon..within this year???

Verdun, QC		 Wow, He gave you a lame excuse because they have a procedures that takes around 24-48hours to have your profile updated. The agent was just lazy and didn't want to do it. So he basically lied to you.
