I did a speed test i rated at 9 download and 316 upload. Just installed the software a couple days ago. Its horribly slow. Went from cable internet to this..............

Also one last thing. If you just went live you have the possibility of not being up to full speed for 10 days. From the day SBC told you would be active.

could be the VPI and VCI settings are incorrect in your modem, probably at 8 and 38 right now and need to be changed to 0 and 35
