| So apparently Verizon just changed my e-mail info
Without telling me...??????????
I was getting bad-login and account disabled error messages when I was logging in via Outlook 2k3 and Netmail...so I called up Tech Support and apparently, they removed the "." from all of our accounts and sub-accounts and are not forwarding the e-mail to the new accounts.
For example, it was originally:
J.doe@verizon.net
Now its Jdoe@Verizon.net and its not forwarding mail from j.doe@verizon.net to jdoe@verizon.net
WHAT THE HELL? Do they have a right to do this? Is it only temporary? Is this happening to anybody else? |

No problem here -- just did a test from my Yahoo account (non Verizon) and it came through to the Verizon account without any problems. |
