Anyone experiencing 3-5 seconds stalls when surfing on the internet ???
This is really annoying b/c of this i my downloads even get dropped , this happened since yesterday anyone else experiencing this annoying problem.

I had that a few weeks ago, but it wasnt as bad as that.
Maybe more throttle-boxes are being installed in your area. |

yes i get that problem all the time! i ran a nonstop ping test and i lose packets for 3-5 seconds every 5-7 minutes. |
