| Westell 6100 Adv Firewall Rules & AIM
Does anyone know how to write a rule to allow AOL Instant Messenger to work on the Westell 6100 modem/firewall with the firewall setting configured to "high.. I mean Custom?" I set AIM up as a Service but it says that the firewall settings override the Services. I know I will have to set the firewall to "Custom" but will I have to write rules for everything or will the rules automatically set to "High" under "Custom?" ... and I'll just have to write a rule for AIM. I know nothing about writing rules, so if someone can walk me through the whole thing I would REALLY appreciate it. TIA |
