BPL Not Well Suited For Rural Broadband Deployment Says NRTC Study

In a setback for BPL technology, a soon-to-be- released National Rural Telecom Co-op (NRTC) study concluded BPL isn't appropriate for "sparsely-populated rural" broadband and utility applications.
