I'm very happy with the Dell 1905FPs I'm using, but they look like crap hooked up via VGA, so I don't recommend them in your case.

The Samsungs are always great. The newer Sony's have nice displays, but the bezel/stand looks stupid to me.

However, the best display in the world will still look bad while gaming hooked up to an old, underpowered video card.
