If you really are and happen to be his area, will you verify the slow speeds and maybe look into why if its not his modem strength? I always check mine myself before calling my isp so I can let them know it's ok and another issue. You are probably more aware of these complaints as it does say you are a member here. Anything that can be done for some of these people at all? If this is not your field could you kindly refer them to someone who can help? I commend you if you really are a Rogers tech to have the guts to admit it to these people lol. I hope you have the guts to help them too. |
