As quoted direct from their site:

So, the answer is, NO.

They are making it perfectly clear that it's for:

1) New customers
2) Not for existing customers
3) Internet signup only - can't re-rate through the web now can you?

This was pretty clear that it's not a new price, rather a promotion.

Sorry, pet peeve when people can't read what's in front of them - or their cheap side comes screaming through. What's worse? corporate greed? or personal greed?
