How do I find out my MOBO specs?

I know this seems like a basic question, but I picked up a little bit of an older system that I want to mess with. The only thing I can find on it is that it is an AMD Duron 800mhz. I want to find out the specs on this board, like how much RAM it will handle etc. I have never owned an AMD so any direction that you can point me for this MOBO would be great!

IF the computer runs, try belarc advisor. that will tell you what the motherboard is. CPU-Z will give you basic motherboard/chipset info. otherwise you'll have to hunt around on the motherboard itself to see if there is any printing saying who made it and what model it is..

I have been using the PC Wizard series since 2004, and I see they now have a 2006 version out.

I need to install it, as I just formatted last weekend.
This is a really great program.

I recommend 'EVEREST Home Edition.' It's been discontinued as of Dec. 1, 2005 but is still available for download on sites like Majorgeeks (link in FAQ.)
