| reply to Thunder The FBI doesn't have to arrest anyone to get involved. If the crime occurs here, as in the Bank of America, the FBI can issue an arrest warrant and confer with foreign government to either extradite (if there's treaty) or investigate and wait for more information on what's going on in order to try to put a stop to the crime.
The foreign government can also move to shut down an illegal operation and jail the perp. So the FBI getting involved is very possible instead of sitting back and doing nothing and telling people to think before typing, which someone, it looks like, hasn't done |
