EULA?

I know the EULA through my ISP explicitely states that I am not permitted to either lease or give it away for free.

As much as I may applaud the idea, it kills their business model if by servicing me they lose 5 near by potential customers.

Counter intuitive. Better to go with a comunity coming together and setting up their own ISP. Not that I think that would work either, in the long run.

You are correct, Not only would we be making money for someone else out of the cost of our pockets, many I cant think of 1 (one) ISP that would not throw us out for violating their TOS. Giving open access to the public violates many of the terms not to mention on one day you may be spending thousands hiring a lawyer cause you have to defend a action from the RIAA or MPAA, cause someone decided to do some downloading...

This IDEA STINKS and is ROTTEN to the core!

It only makes money for them and causes headaches for us....
