Actually, it's back, even at lower clockspeeds. I have a feeling it's something to do with the NIC being integrated on my motherboard, the one NIC gives me negative pings now and then which results in lagginess and disconnections, while the other one gives me 30-60ms just to my router.

I'm thinking I may just have to install a PCI NIC.
