Just keep in mind that the speed increases will not be that dramatic yet, as encryption has only been offerred for only a few days. Encryption will be a standard option in all of the future releases of uTorrent and Azureus. Everyone will be able to receive encrypted connections by default, but those that are throttled need to enable their outgoing connections.
