While I'm sure Speakeasy doesn't like the concept, if it's in the TOS (and many people subscribe to Speakeasy because it is there), they can't stop the idea, just the using of their name. And this I agree with that, like I said in my first post, if it's in the TOS, go for it. If it's not, it their butt on the line, not mine. |
