This is the 2006 incarnation of our "Workstation Slobs" thread. Upload a pic of your workstation, some information about what's pictured, etc. Have fun!

Apparently not a true slob

When I get home late Wednesday night I'll try to remember to take a pic of my temporarily true slobbish setup

Nice. I would post my mess, but my camera's memory card is currently lost in it.

Gabe, I vote that you win for the state of the area underneath your desk.

Looks like you got a new desk, Russ.

I'll take a shot of my new den this evening. It's almost as messy as it was last year.

ryan 29, i count 2 visible wires. what do you use to hide the wires? I don't see it running accross anywhere, including the speakers!

Tape... tsk tsk to me. A wire cover is also used. The 2 wires are the one that goes to the socket... which I can live with, and the blue ethernet cord that wasn't long enough to hide. The Subwoofer cable is ran by tape down the back of the left table leg.

I hate wires!

Ps: If you look through my posts at the 90 day horizon, I have some more pictures in the home/office photos forum.

As far as wires go I use cup hooks on the back side of a desk to keep them out of the way. Works great as long as your desk is up against a wall.

Gabeman, I noticed you keep your subwoofer face down. I have the same speakers and I have a lot of problems with overly loud, distorted bass. Do you have the same problem?

I am going to say he makes Hip hop or electronic music given the midi controller and groove box/sampler/sequencer.
