P-P-P-Powerbook was very flawed because they used FedEx. Lads will usually pay FedEx with a stolen credit card... by the time the chargeback is filed, the goods are already delivered, and FedEx will come after the sender for the money.

DHL is best because they have a CoD system for countries like Ghana and Nigeria. The scammer pays cash before he's even allowed to look at the box.

Edit: Come to think of it, the scammer never even paid for shipping of the P-P-P-Powerbook. That's lame. We need to make the scammer spend some money!

Yes! Because then future scammers will then be attempting to ensure that they do not have to spend money, thus making things a little more difficult for scammers. Every little bit helps!

I wonder what Spock would have to say (or do) about Omelas?
