Has anybody else been experiencing horrible pings in the riverside area, the last couple weeks? As usual, the techs say it's not a Charter problem.

Yeah I have had problems for 3-4 weeks. I got a full refund for last month. I still have crappy pings.

Terrible ping, slow speeds for about 2 months and a half now. I got refunded for 2 whole months.
