Charter is the absolute Worst cable co, or any broadband service I have ever worked with. Just a example, With our BUSINESS (motel), Picture quality is always royal crap. I call, complain, scedule a truck roll for following day. They do a confirmation call 1 hour before the truck rolls out, I check, Picture is crystal clear, So of cource they cancel the truck roll, 4 hours later, it's royal crap again.
This past summer, that has happened 13 times. Cable internet access, we are fairly close to co. pay for 3mbit service, when we're lucky we get 500kbps.

Wow, maybe you should save some of that money and use it towards an education... Might try spell check next time. And yeah, as a former employee of Charter, they do suck. |
