Had Charter when I lived in Riverside,CA.It was a joke.Always going down and you had to pay through the nose for a measly 768k package.They should just get out of the business. |

1 edit | It's still that way. Out here there is no real incentive to make ANY speed upgrades to Charter High Speed. SBC will go up to 3Mbps (like Charter), but SBC's 6Mbps tier isn't really worth the price. In Riverside, CA, were are pretty much stuck at 3mbps/512kbps. |
