On-line account management is accessible; however, switching my line to "Do Not Disturb" doesn't send calls to Voicemail (like it normally does). Furthermore, activating "Simple Forwarding" (to my cell phone) isn't working at the moment either. I guess I should try Find Me Forwarding too.
For the time being, inbound calls are receiving a busy signal (after a few seconds of delay). |

(In find me)

| reply to Mi_Guy finally login into the portal after trying for over an hour. I need to find a friend's phone number from call log. and you know what? part of contacts and call log are gone.
it's one thing that there is an outage given that voip is relatively "new;" It's another matter losing customer data. (which could affect their bottom line, for god sake). |

My logs are there.
Perhaps, if your logs are gone, they may be doing a restore from backup soon?
