| Out here in Chattanooga, TN as well. Things have been down since early this morning. I've only been with Sunrocket for about 2-3 weeks now. I'm not impressed. Packet8 has had a few problems recently and that's what made me want to switch...along with saving $96 per year. But I'm wondering if I shouldn't jump ship just yet. I'm irritated that Sunrocket's voice quality isn't as good as Packet8's and they definitely have support issues. It takes them forever to reply to emails, etc...
I do like that I can check voicemail on the website when they're down though. I just wish they'd post the problem status on their website rather than letting us guess. If anyone finds out what the problem is, post it. Thanks. |
