I just re commssioned my old DW 6000 on "small office".
I have a "rate code 2".
I cant remember, is that correct?
Is "rate code 2" better than rate code 1" ?

Willis, MI | With DW6000 CE, I would always end up with Rate Code 1.
It would test for 1, 2, and 10, and fall back to 1 |

I've got a 6000 and am on Small Business. I always have shown a ratecode of 10. I have heard that for Small Business, ratecodes of 2 or 10 are--seemingly at least--correct, though no one has ever been able to ferret out what these blasted rate codes really mean.

OK Thanks. I guess I have what I am supposed to have. Boy I sure don't remember it being this slow. But I am getting around 8oo down and between 40-120 up. So I guess that is OK.
I have the 6000 sold and I was commissioning it for the new buyer. I will recommend they upgrade to the 7000.
