I've got a 6000 and am on Small Business. I always have shown a ratecode of 10. I have heard that for Small Business, ratecodes of 2 or 10 are--seemingly at least--correct, though no one has ever been able to ferret out what these blasted rate codes really mean. -- DW6000, DirecWay Small Business, Galaxy 4R 99W, trans 1018, 3PC network, WinXP/2000/98, LinkSys WRT54GS. | reply to davgai OK Thanks. I guess I have what I am supposed to have. Boy I sure don't remember it being this slow. But I am getting around 8oo down and between 40-120 up. So I guess that is OK.
I have the 6000 sold and I was commissioning it for the new buyer. I will recommend they upgrade to the 7000. -- DW7700 Business Internet 300, G11 91W 1050. 1.8 Prodelin dish 98 sig str. 6 computers, Vonage, Packet8, Net2phone, CrystalVoice. |
