 [SunRocket] Cancel Service- Return Address

I am trying to cancel my service with Sunrocket after two months of Chopy service. They cant transfer a simple number transfer. Anyway, Just wanted to see the experience of the memebers in this forum on how SR handles such requests. I have the 12 months/$199 service and also , If some one can confirm the return address, I just got off from CS and they are saying that unless, I return the Gizmo, they cant cancell or even take the order of cancel. any one have the same issue?
Here is the return address

Sunrocket Inc
Returns Department
8615 West Wood Cencer Drive
Suite 300A
Vienna, VA 22182

Just dont want to wait 30 mins for confirming on phone by calling SR
Thanks

No it's:
VL
P.O. Box 1029
Portsmouth, NH. 03802

Just call your CC company and block SR from making any future charges, and send the gizmo back....

not sure of your exact situation ... but if you're wanting to port a number OUT of a VOIP carrier, do NOT cancel the service until after the number is confirmed as ported out. if you cancel the service prior to porting out, then you'll likely lose the number as a disconnected number is not eligible for porting.

Just be sure if they're going to credit you the remainder of your $199 you don't block them from refunding it to the card you charged it on... Check with your CC company to make sure they can still put money on your account, but not take any off... :P

No All I am doing is tryng to port number from Lingo to SR. They come up with some junk answers and Wrong reasons. How many times I explain that the service address is same Including the Spelling, Case and others still they say they have to reprocess and will take 30 days more. No point in keeping two serivices. As it is I am compromising on the call quality for calls to india.
Others, Thanks for your help.
I call SR CS again and they still say that Vienna address that is posted above is correct..

I just signed on to SR and am very unhappy with everything about them, so am going to cancel and return my equipment. They say to contact CS before doing so, but I keep getting Habib, and he doesn't understand English, and emailing them brings no response - so what's the use?

Anyway, with the package I received from them, there was a post-paid return sticker to use if I returned the package. The address on it is:

AB C Group Sunrocket
205 McGhee Rd
Winchester, VA 22603 4630

Check to see if there is a post-paid sticker in the papers you received with your package.

The return address you are to use is probably based on where you live. I am in the northeast.
