| [DW7000] Upgrade Kits Apparently Readily Available
Finally decided to take the upgrade plunge this past weekend and IVO the elapsed times I have seen posted here was quite surprised at how quickly things progressed.
I ordered the DW7000 Pro Non-Static upgrade on Saturday, 2/18 and received the email on 2/21 with the sat assignment (staying on G3C-don't know about transponder yet), Key, SAN, and PIN and was advised to expect delivery within 2 weeks.
Was out all day today, 2/22, but when I arrived home about 6 PM, a UPS package with the DW7000 was sitting on the front porch. Won't install it for a couple of days but 4 days elapsed time from order to in-hand is pretty speedy!
Gonna be P---ED if this thing doesn't play nice, considering how well my DW6000 has worked for the last 19 months! Some people just can't leave well enough alone...

Do a quicky test to verify if your DW6000 power supply will light the lights. Mine did not.
DW sent me another modem - same.
Then DW sent me a new power supply.
