Becky, you may have noticed a pattern... you won't find too many knowledgeable people that run or even suggest running software supplied by *any* ISP. Ease of support and claims on ads drives ISP software - far more than your system's integrity.

But if you can't say something nice about something, say nothing... so...

That stuff probably matches support scripts best...
