When I had the problem I kinda found out about it by accident, I was reading all the info i could find on the network components on my system trying to figure out what was going on, Microsoft does have some info on it and admits that it has problems on some sites, however they blame the sites saying that the problem is caused by improper implementation of the ipv6 codes. If you are interested in sifting through a lot of info and have a few hours do a search on ipv6 problems.
