Even though the first post on this topic made it sound like it's a known issue and their working on it, I don't believe that DirecWay realizes all the people their affecting. You think they would because they know how many people are on those satellites, but I think they look more at how many people complain enough for it to get to second tier support and 2nd tier to connect their problem with the AMC9 problem. This assumption is based on conversations I've had with DirecWay. The last one being that they're going to send out a technician to resolve my issue.
I'd really like to get a group of users together who are on AMC9 and experiencing the same problems. I think that if we work as a group it might make the priority higher on DirecWay's end. I'll be happy to make the phone calls, but I need people's names and specific issues, any case numbers, stuff like that. I already know of a couple people. If anyone else wants to join our band of brothers please email me. |
