That is so typical of RCN.

RCN can steal some flyers, but RCN can't match Verizon's marketting muscle. It cant afford it.

RCN knows they are going down and fast too.

No, it's not. It's called an assumption. Making a conclusion on baseless backs? To call it a hypothosis based on nothing substantial to back up any of your thought process? Wow.

Plain and simple, that statement was an assumption.
