It's actually been like this for longer than just a few weeks, though it has been substantially crappier lately. I sent a very unhappy email to them. Honestly, if SBC didn't suck up here, I would have jumped ship a long time ago. This is a tremendous waste of money if my peak hours (which conveniently is usually the only time I'm using the internet at my home) are my worst.
