im new and all but i purchased comcast hsi only because i play counter-strike and i need a fast connection. but the past few months, my HSI has been really lagging. Now, at least 2-6 times a day, my HSI would lag really bad and its really inconvenient. I usually get a ping of 20-50 in a server but now i would spike up to +150 ping sometimes (i thikn it might be network over-usage). i really need to fix this because i play in matches for www.caleague.com and i cant really play in matches when i lag really bad..so it screws me and my team over. i've tried calling comcast support and they didn't really do anything about it..so is there anything that i can do? or i might just cancel my service..
