i know this has probably been mentioned before. but this is so fustrating. i emailed and called comcast and the only responses i get is to power cycle, low ram, etc. Power cycle doesnt even help and i'm 100% positive that this substantial lag that occurs 2-5 during the day has nothing to do with my computer. (i've even tried reformatting) they need to fix this ASAP because it's getting really tiring and annoying. im paying around $50.00 for Cable HSI that is as fast as 56k. i might just switch to DSL next month if this isnt fixed soon. |
