Are you sure your InnoMedia is provisioned? Have them change the MAC address. It may not be getting a provision file from SR so it can't connect.

I have not been very impressed with the Innomedia device to date. Linksys has a few new ones that have been recently put on sale, which will be replacing the PAP2.
