 Their basic help line 1-888-earthlink. You then go through a mulitiple of screening questions to get technical support for DSL. It's at the point of getting to the supposed DSL support that the message come through that they are experiencing wide-spread outtages - not terribly reassuring - and cannot take the call.

 I've been told that the correct Earthlink CS line for line powered voice/DSL bundled issues related to this new ADSL2+ offer is their 888 ELNKVOICE number. (the "C" and "E" are probably not so important).
I've found the folks there to be all right--some better than others.

Skokie, IL		 If you want to get support for LPV, the number to call is 1-877-356-5864 Option 3. You'll get to an Omaha Center that can check everything (for voice and dsl) for you.
