I think I finally found the driver!

:):):):):)

It is now going on with the Windows 2000 Advanced Server install.

Now, just have to redo it, as I still have Windows 98 on the 1st SCSI Drive....

EDIT: Looks like things might not be as good as I first though...may be a bad CPU! So, back to the trouble shooting.......
