Skype is stupid for making a deal like that, but AMD shouldn't bother suing. How many over 5 conference calls are being made using Skype? Hardly worth fighting over.

Well, I would think this makes AMD look like a lower tier product and while we know it's not, Intel and Skype by "saying" this, makes AMD look bad. I would have a problem with it as well if I was the top man at AMD.

Intel is just being stupid right now. Intel KNOWS there in an anti-trust suit already but they do something that is blatantly anti-competitive. Intel is screwed if they do benchmarks in court and they are found out to be slower than amd's fastest chip. It will be a PR disaster if that happens, and i hope AMD takes full advantage of it if it does happen.

It's no different from the games Microsoft played during their Anti-Trust fiasco.
They know at the end of the day they'll get away with it, getting a minor wrist slap (in terms of their income).
