|  [CDV] Comcast, skype, cell?
Hey I was just surfing the web and was wondering if comcast will ever release a skype type thing along with CDV?
I was just checking out -

and this area 775 thing looks kind of interesting. It would be cool if comcast could package gizmo cdv and a cell all together with one number.
Does anyone know if anything like that is possible with cable stuff? |

| I doubt that will happen as CDV itself is a stand alone product, no PC required.
Also you do not get a choice of area code. Its handled like typical local phone service in that aspect.
You never know what the future will hold with comcast though, its always possible they -might- do something like it. Just don't bet on it.

Seeing as how well my Comcast services are, I can't wait for the Comcast/Sprint cell!

Actually, there will never be a Comcast/Sprint cell. Just the sprint bill added to your comcast bill. We'd just be collecting the money for spring. We won't be selling, trouble shooting, or handling billing issues. You still get to go to Sprint for that.
