That's a shame.. I get constant 5.8/800 here at yonge + 401 no matter what time of the day...

@cable.rogers		  I just signed up for rogers extreme service , and I am living just below finch in yonge , upload is fine i am getting 800k , but download is just below 3Mbs about 2.8-2.9 usually. anything I can do to get it up to 4 or 5 Mbs ?

Pleast make sure and complain about the problem at yonge and finch..I live in the same area..and get crap download speeds like you..
Make sure and let them know, the more people that complain the quicker they will fix it
