that's just the downstream channel your modem is locked to. has nothing to do with your speeds. why don't you go into the tools section and run a line test, then post your results here.
out of curiosity, where are you located? |

Thank you.
Based on what I know (which is very little), they seemed OK to me. Do you know what the "downstream locked frequency" means? Does this relate to the download speed I get from Comcast? |

Your SNR is good. Downstream Power Level is right on with 0dBmV. Upstream is at 46 which is good enough. |

| I'm suddenly having some connectivity problems with CHSI...sudden drops, slow connecting and time outs. I have a SB4220 Surfboard modem. Here are my stats:
Downstream Value Frequency 723000000 Hz Locked Signal to Noise Ratio 34 dB QAM 256 Network Access Control Object ON Power Level 0 dBmV
Upstream Value Channel ID 5 Frequency 21600000 Hz Ranged Ranging Service ID 2113 Symbol Rate 3.200 Msym/s Power Level 46 dBmV
Any suggestions/thoughts?
Thank you.
