16/1 sounds great! I've been very please with 8/768 in Washougal, WA. Just had a tech out here to replace my DVR with a newer model (bigger hard drive), and he mentioned that the gold tier is going to 10Mb from 8.
Guess I'll just have to wait and see if it will be 10 or 16

| HAHA i had the same thing happen. Stayed home all day, took off work. and there going to call me at tell me i wasnt home. so i told them i was home, the put me on hold, then the told me there apologise but they were short handed people and couldnt make it out there |
