They will not provide me with service because they say they cant provide 911 service in DALLAS TX a tiny town in the south west US. However they continue to bill me. Jerks. refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seattle, WA		 When you sign up and E911 isn't provided acct is suspended, not deactivated. You need to call in to deactivate. Not their fault you didn't call in when you got the e-mail saying to do so.
