Tin foil hat time?

Or maybe aluminium? Until there's some scientific evidence, I'm feeling pretty safe...

I'm not. Some of those people are radiating a dangerously pervasive field of stupidity and I really don't want to be exposed to it.

Unfortunately, there is no known reliable means to block that field.

Yes there is. Use their own tactic and sue them! Call it whatever you want, emotional distress, unfettered access to the internet, etc.

lead hat time

It's actually lead (Pb) that blocks Government Mind Control Rays. The European Government has found this out and they are trying to get rid of it with RoHS.
Stock up on the lead hats before it's too .....

Re: lead hat time

The tin whiskers problem is huge because the tiny whiskers just act as antennas for high frequency waves and amplify the government signals.
I'm surprised nobody has ever thought of this. I guess the government puts out mind control rays that tell you not to think about the tin whisker issue and you are basically screwed.

You know, I just read in either PM or PS that tin foil hats actually increase the chances or your brain being read. ;):D;) I can scan the article if you would like.

PM = Popular Mechanics
PS = Popular Science

But seriously, until there is hard evidence showing it causes harm, it's just a signal.

You damn right it is! Despite studies which may seem to suggest there is no risk »people.csail.mit.edu/rahimi/helmet/ you may rest assured that, here in the U.S., we are hard at work protecting the public from exactly this kind of threat to the public: »zapatopi.net/afdb/
I am reasonably sure that aluminum is the proper metal to use; other alloys may work better. Clinical studies are pending.
Make sure you read the rebuttal to MIT's "scientific" test.
P.S. - kill your garage door opener.

...damn the MLB's satellites trying to read the information off of our PDA's...

ROFL, this reminds me of an episode of, crap I don't remember the show. Anyway, it had people that had been using cell phones constantly, and they developed huge tumors next to their ears...

Next thing you know people will be claiming Wi-Fi causes cancer. *shrugs*
